Robert Maiorano is an amazing person. I loved reading his biography. Anyone in any field of art should hear about his life.
Robert's love of dance and ballet are event throughout this brief journal of his early years. By age 17 he had been places and experience events most of us only read about. His threatening Brooklyn neighborhood, the family turmoil & poverty, the cold winters, & his long school hours would have been enough to discourage most kids in 1950s New York; but, not Robert.
